Lucky Thursday

I woke up today stressed. Two test tomorrow that I must do well on. I headed to breakfast than to OT class. Come to my surprise OT was canceled for today. I used that time to study for my English test. In P.E. we finally played a game. Ultimate Frisbee to be exact. I scored a touchdown. However, during the game I fell awkwardly on my thumb. I played on. Sure enough at the end of the game my thumb was swollen and I knew something was wrong. I went to the clinic who advised me to go see a doctor for an x-ray. My Aunt and Uncle who work for North Greenville took me home and I received a x-ray from my family doctor. Sure enough my thumb was broken. He put it in a cast and I have to leave without playing guitar for six weeks. Long sad days ahead. All my papers are going to take me double the amount of time to write. I am lucky in a way. It could have been worse.
